Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and Kisan Kumavat (“Gabbly”, “we”, “us”) for using the Gabbly app and website. By using Gabbly you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use Gabbly.

Using Gabbly

• You need to be at least 13 (or the minimum age in your country) to use Gabbly.
• You're responsible for your account and for keeping access to your email or Google account secure.
• Use Gabbly only for lawful purposes. Don't use it to record people where that isn't allowed, to break the law, to harm others, or to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.

Recording other people

Laws about recording conversations vary by place. If you record anyone besides yourself, it's your responsibility to get any consent the law requires.

Your content

You own what you record and write, and the notes Gabbly makes from it. You give us permission to store and process your content (including through the providers named in our Privacy Policy) only to run Gabbly for you. We don't claim ownership of your content and don't use it for advertising.

AI-generated writing

Gabbly uses AI to transcribe and write. It can make mistakes: mishear words, misattribute speakers or misstate what you meant. Check notes before relying on them, especially for anything important such as medical, legal or financial matters. Your original transcript is always kept so you can compare.

Plans, subscriptions and minutes

• Gabbly has a free plan and paid plans. Each plan includes a number of minutes per month for recordings and written notes, and a maximum recording length.
• Paid subscriptions are bought through the Apple App Store and billed to your Apple account. They renew automatically until you cancel in your Apple account settings at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
• Unused minutes don't roll over. We may change plans and prices; changes to a subscription you already have take effect at your next renewal, after notice.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Gabbly running well but can't promise it will always be available or error-free. We may add, change or remove features over time.

Ending your use

You can stop using Gabbly and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put the service or others at risk.

Disclaimers and liability

Gabbly is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties and aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be limited.

Apple

If you downloaded Gabbly from the App Store, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies. Apple isn't responsible for Gabbly or its support.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We'll change the date above and, for significant changes, let you know in the app. Continuing to use Gabbly after changes take effect means you accept them.
